AHS Choir Website Guidelines for the Use of Names and Photographs
The AHS Choir Boosters Association actively supports our student's activities in the Trojan Choirs and seeks to inform our school community of the many individual and collective achievements of our choir members and faculty. We may include photos on the website.
Below is the manner in which names and photos will be handled on the website.
- There will be NO names associated with individual photos of students on the website; and
- With regard to other announcements not associated with photos
(awards and achievements), full names will be used unless the webmaster
is contacted with your preference. Keep in mind that these honors will
often be listed elsewhere (AHS web site, AHSPTSA web site, AISD
web site) with full names as well.
