Hello Choir Parents and Students !!!
This is an email, filled with THANK YOUS for all you have done, provided and helped with, in this VERY, VERY, BUSY WEEK! We couldn't have done this week, with the success we did, without all of your support! MANY THANKS!
*Thanks to all who attended the concerts on Tues night. The kids did a great job and it was certainly a wonderful way to usher in the holiday season!
*Thanks to everyone who sent food for the pizza supper before the concert. It was thoroughly enjoyed by all the kids! Thanks to our social chair, Carol Stapper for her wonderful coordination of the supper !!! Thanks to the parents who helped with set up and clean up of the supper. Great job everyone !!!
*The theater looked especially lovely and so festive for the performances! Many thanks to our very creative decorators, Mollie Snow, Karin Foster and Melanie Smith. You ladies did a fabulous job!
*Thanks also to everyone who brought canned goods for the food bank. Jan Austin Scott, one of our super choir moms, coordinated that for us. We have already received a note of thanks from the Westover Church of Christ food pantry ---------------
Dear Anderson High School Choir Booster Club,
Thank you so very much for all of the wonderful food that we received from Anderson choir families again this year. What a pleasure it is to work hand in hand with AHS teachers and students in activities throughout the year. Please let the choir and their families know how much we appreciate their gift. Also, let them know that we provide food to 55-60 needy families each month as well as helping them with rent and utilities expenses. Most families that come to us are facing eviction or utility shut offs as well as an empty food pantry.
Thank you again for partnering with us in a way that enables us to continue helping needy families our community.

Thanks to Karin and Bob Foster, for hosting the choir Holiday Party on Friday night. They are wonderful hosts and in their very beautiful home, fun time was enjoyed by all !!! The kids enjoyed decorating cookies, eating, visiting with one another, playing games, and of course ---- SINGING!
We presented the directors with their Christmas gifts from the choir families too. One of my favorite jobs as Booster President has been playing "SANTA" to our great DREAM TEAM of directors, Mr. B and Mr. A ! You generosity of donations for their gifts far exceeded our expectations, so we feel very blessed, as I know they do also. It was a very fitting tribute to two guys who do so much for our kids ---- ALL SCHOOL YEAR LONG!
Thanks to our super chaperones, Ginny Carroll, Nancy Jo, Pam - Sue Brower, and James Thigpen. It was my pleasure to get to visit with you, and get to know you a little better too! Thanks for giving up your Friday night in service to the choir students!

We are in the process of getting the Pizza Hut Fundraising flyers printed. When that monthly fundraiser starts, you will present one of those special flyers with your pizza order, for the Choir Boosters to receive 20% of the sales. We were able to secure ordering from three Pizza Hut locations, which should cover all our AHS choir kids' neighborhoods. (Greystone, Jolleyville and Wells Branch Pizza Huts)) Thanks Brenda Gratz for your many hrs of work on getting that all set up!
